Gina Monaco is an exhibiting artist, currently working as a teacher in Sydney's inner-west. She can often be found printing in the Griffith Studio with black ink under her finger nails. In her 18 years of teaching, Gina has taught art to students from kindergarten to tertiary. Gina has curated and directed school art shows in prestigious art galleries in Paddington.
In recent years she has designed costumes and built sets for large-scale productions, as well as choreographed Junior Rock Eisteddfods and Wakakirri.
She loves teaching children new ways to explore their creativity through art. Her classes are never boring… expect to get messy and to have lots of fun.
